Suspension, cancellation and design retention
Last updated: November 4, 2026
In short
If your subscription payment is not settled or you cancel, your studio page is deactivated: your customers can no longer create or save designs, and no new requests are recorded. Designs already saved are kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Declined payment
If a monthly payment is declined, Stripe retries automatically for a few days and you receive an email to update your card. Your studio stays active during these attempts. If payment is not resolved, the subscription ends and your studio is deactivated.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your subscription page. Your studio stays active until the end of the period already paid, then it is deactivated.
End of the free trial
If you do not choose a plan at the end of the 2-day trial, your studio is deactivated under the same rules.
While deactivated
No new designs are saved and no requests are received: your studio page tells your customers it is unavailable.
Kept for 30 days
Designs saved by your customers in your studio, their images and the requests received are kept for 30 days after deactivation. Subscribe again within that time and you get everything back. When your studio is deactivated, you receive an email with the exact deletion date.
After 30 days: permanent deletion
After that period, these designs, images and requests are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Request emails already in your inbox are not affected. Your page settings (name, logo, colours) are kept to make reactivation easy.
