Our commitment
Agence Ucreative inc. complies with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information). This page explains what we collect on wrapstudio3d.ca, why, and the rights you can exercise.
Person in charge
The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the person in charge of the protection of personal information at Agence Ucreative inc.. You can reach them at info@ucreative.ca for any question, request or complaint regarding your personal information.
Information collected
We only collect what is needed: the information you enter in our forms (name, email, phone, message), the account and files you create or upload in the 3D Design Center, and, only with your consent, basic visit statistics (approximate city, device, pages viewed). We do not sell any personal information.
Purposes
Your information is used solely to reply to your requests, prepare a quote, provide the requested service and improve the website. Any new purpose will require your consent.
Consent and cookies
An essential cookie remembers your choice. Analytics are activated only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Storage, retention and transfers
Information is stored on secure servers (Google Firebase / Google Cloud), which may be located outside Québec; before any such communication, we assess the privacy-related factors to make sure the protection offered is adequate. Information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes stated, then destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, its correction, deletion, de-indexing, or a copy in a structured technological format (portability), and withdraw your consent. Contact us at info@ucreative.ca; we reply within 30 days.
Confidentiality incidents
Any confidentiality incident is recorded in a register. If it presents a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the persons concerned.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
