Refund Policy

We want you to try WrapStudio 3D risk-free: that’s why the 2-day trial is free and requires no credit card.
Free trial
No payment is requested during the trial. Nothing is charged if you don’t choose a plan.
Monthly subscription
Each paid month gives access to the Service until the end of the period. When you cancel, the studio stays active until that date. Partial months are not refunded on a prorated basis.
Billing errors
An amount charged in error, a duplicate payment or a payment taken after a confirmed cancellation is refunded in full to the card used.
Extended outage
If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of a problem on our side, you may request a credit proportional to the length of the outage.
How to request a refund
Write to info@ucreative.ca within 30 days of the payment, with your shop name and the payment date. We reply within 5 business days. An approved refund usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
